Ready to Ship Items

Items marked as "Ready to Ship" on our website are in stock and available for immediate dispatch. These items will be shipped on the next business day following your order, provided that no resizing is required.

 Ready to Ship items are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation.

Shipping occurs Monday through Friday (excluding UK public holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

If resizing is required for any Ready to Ship item, please see the "Made to Order" section below for revised timelines.


Made to Order Items

All items not marked as "Ready to Ship" are custom-made to order. This includes bespoke engagement rings, custom designs, and personalised jewellery pieces.
Production Timeline:
Made to Order items typically require 3 to 4 weeks for completion from the date of order confirmation.
This timeline allows our master craftspeople to create your unique piece with meticulous attention to detail.
Once your item is completed, it will be inspected for quality assurance before shipment.
You will receive a notification when your item is ready to ship, along with tracking information.
Factors That May Affect Timeline:
Complexity of the custom design.
Availability of specific gemstones or materials.
High order volume during peak seasons (e.g., engagement season, holidays).
Any requested modifications or adjustments after the initial order.

Resizing Policy

Ready to Ship Items Requiring Resizing

If you have ordered a Ready to Ship item that requires resizing, the following applies:
Resizing will add 1 to 2 weeks to your delivery timeline.
You will be notified of the revised delivery date upon order confirmation or when resizing is identified.
Resizing is performed by our expert craftspeople to ensure a perfect fit without compromising the integrity of the piece.

Made to Order Items with Resizing

Resizing for Made to Order items is included in the standard 3 to 4-week production timeline.

Shipping Methods and Costs

Domestic Shipping (UK)

Standard Delivery: 2-3 business days after dispatch (included with all orders over £500).
Express Delivery: Next business day delivery available for an additional fee.
Tracked Delivery: All items are shipped via a tracked courier service with minimum insurance coverage.

International Shipping
