How does the bespoke process work?
Every piece we create begins with a private consultation at our Hatton Garden showroom. During your appointment, our diamond experts will guide you through diamond selection, ring design, metal choice and setting style. Once your design is confirmed, our master craftsmen create your piece to order. We keep you informed at every stage.

How do I book a consultation?
Simply book online via our Calendly booking page, send us a WhatsApp message, or email us at info@finest4cs.com. Consultations are available at our showroom at Unit G.1, Treasure House, 19-21 Hatton Garden, London EC1N 8BA. We offer both weekday and weekend appointments.

How long does a bespoke piece take to create?
Most bespoke engagement rings are ready within 2–4 weeks of your design being confirmed. We will give you a precise timeline at your consultation. If you have a specific deadline — a proposal date, anniversary or birthday — let us know and we will do everything we can to accommodate it.

Do you offer both natural and lab-grown diamonds?
Yes. We offer a curated selection of both natural and lab-grown diamonds. Both are chemically, physically and optically identical — the difference is origin and price. Lab-grown diamonds typically cost 60–80% less than natural diamonds of equivalent quality. We are happy to walk you through the benefits of each at your consultation so you can make the choice that best suits your values and budget.

Are your diamonds certified?
Yes. All our diamonds are accompanied by certificates from world-renowned gemological laboratories — primarily GIA (Gemological Institute of America) and IGI (International Gemological Institute). These certificates independently verify the cut, colour, clarity and carat weight of your diamond, giving you complete confidence in your purchase.

Do you ethically source your diamonds?
Ethical sourcing is a core value at Finest 4Cs. All our natural diamonds are conflict-free and comply fully with the Kimberley Process. We work exclusively with trusted suppliers who share our commitment to responsible and transparent sourcing practices.

Do you have ready-to-wear pieces available?
Yes. Alongside our bespoke service we carry a curated collection of ready-to-wear fine jewellery — engagement rings, wedding bands, earrings, necklaces and bracelets — available for immediate purchase. Browse our collections online or view them in person at our showroom.

What is your returns policy?
Bespoke pieces are made specifically for you and cannot be returned. For ready-to-wear items, we offer a full refund within 30 days of receipt provided the item is unworn and in original condition. If an item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace or refund it in full at no cost to you. Please email info@finest4cs.com to initiate any return.

Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. All Finest 4Cs pieces come with a lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects. We also offer a complimentary cleaning and inspection service — simply bring your piece into the showroom and we will ensure it looks its best.

Where are you located?
Our showroom is at Unit G.1, Ground Floor, Treasure House, 19-21 Hatton Garden, London EC1N 8BA — in the heart of London's jewellery quarter. The nearest tube stations are Chancery Lane (Central line) and Farringdon (Elizabeth, Circle and Metropolitan lines).
